You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
To start a return, email us with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours.
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it's in original condition, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Want a different size or color? Email us within 30 days and we'll arrange an exchange at no extra cost (subject to availability).
If your onesie arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement immediately — no return needed.
Gift cards and sale items marked "Final Sale" are non-returnable.
